Next, we professionally present your instrument with a set of high-quality studio photographs and a detailed description.

Subsequently, B&B Guitars promotes your instrument through our own website and international sales network. Moreover, we feature it on selected specialist marketplaces such as Reverb, Vintage & Rare, eBay, Marktplaats, 2dehands, Le Bon Coin, and other relevant platforms.

Ultimately, we handle the entire process, including:

  • Professional photography and presentation
  • Market valuation and pricing advice
  • Online advertising and international exposure
  • Communication with potential buyers
  • Negotiations and offers
  • Payment arrangements
  • Coordination of collection or worldwide shipping

Our objective is to achieve the best realistic market price and complete the sale within approximately three months.

Commission

We charge a 25% commission on the final selling price, but only after we successfully sell your instrument.

When a sale is completed through a third-party platform such as eBay or Reverb, any additional marketplace or transaction fees charged by that platform will also apply. We will always communicate these costs transparently.

OUR TRADE-IN POLICY

Please review our guidelines before submitting your trade-in request:

  • Minimum Value: Trade-ins are eligible on purchases with a minimum value of €2000.

  • 1-for-1 Limit: You may trade in one guitar per guitar purchased. Trading in multiple instruments toward a single guitar is not permitted.

  • Valuation: B&B Guitars offers a trade-in value of approximately 70% of the instrument’s retail sales price.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept trade-ins on:
    • Consignment instruments or discounted products
    • Amplifiers or digital/audio equipment

  • Quality Guarantee: Our company only trades in high-quality instruments and reserve the right to decline a trade-in offer.
